The host was super responsive and welcoming. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, surrounded by lots of restaurants and food vendors. They didn’t hike up their prices for New Year’s Eve. And they had a small area where we could park our scooter. The water pressure was great, the room was bright, and the blanket was sooo warm, I wondered what brand it was.

The host was super friendly and helpful, with a bit of google translate we communicated just fine. The room was spacious and clean great kitchen. Good location. Wifi was stable and good the whole time

My friend, Doctor John suggested me this place that I had a business meeting at Lotte Hotel. This is a nice place that I can walk to Lotte by myself and also very quite during the night. Many restaurants nearby that I had a dinner in the Japanese sushi in the same street. The apartment manager was great and friendly

Nice location, friendly staff and well english communication... they also have apt with kitchen in their building. Surely will comeback for long stay when i have business trip in Ha Noi

Nice studio room with modern facilities in room. Ms Huyen so friendly and cute. I will be comeback if have work at Ba Dinh.
